Product management for enterprise AI, marketplaces, and operating systems.

Current work and selected proof points around implementing AI inside large organizations: agents, automation, workflow redesign, governance, and tools that make complex information usable.

Product Management

Intuit / Cocoban / Nytch

Product management across enterprise AI, marketplaces, and retail commerce

This is the clearest through-line for my work: translating ambiguous markets and internal workflows into product strategy, roadmap decisions, adoption loops, and products that can actually ship.

Intuit

Senior Staff AI Product Manager working on AI development and implementation inside enterprise finance and governance. Move AI from isolated pilots into enterprise workflows, controls, and operating models.

Cocoban

Senior product work on a Web3 marketplace for brand IP and license management, including brand onboarding, license workflows, royalty tracking, and application management flows.

Nytch

Product leadership for secondhand retail software, including mobile commerce, recommendation systems, web-plugin product direction, B2B SaaS positioning, and go-to-market launch strategy.

Founder Experience

Nytch / SippyCup Trading

Founder experience across product, GTM, partnerships, and funding

The founder side of my experience is the operator layer behind the product work: fundraising support, launch strategy, strategic partnerships, hiring, revenue paths, and enough market judgment to keep early products moving.

Nytch Founder Work

Co-founder and product lead for a mobile commerce platform serving brick-and-mortar secondhand retailers. Helped support a venture-backed fundraise, built retailer adoption motions, and developed partnerships including Goodwill Industries and the California Pawnbrokers Association.

SippyCup Trading

Founder and CEO of a fintech education business blending proprietary software with digital education on stocks and cryptocurrencies. Led hiring and operations for a cross-functional team, built multiple revenue streams, and exited after a sale.

Operator Pattern

Early-stage work across product, sales, partnerships, marketing, finance, and content, with the practical constraint of turning small teams and incomplete markets into working products.

Side Project

Bill Screener

Legislative monitoring with AI screening

Bill Screener tracks legislation, screens relevance against client profiles, and turns noisy policy updates into a reviewable workflow for organizations that need to follow bills without manually reading everything.

Problem

Policy teams need signal from a large volume of bill text, amendments, and status updates.

Built

Automated bill ingestion, duplicate handling, client-specific AI screening, review queues, and deployment on a Hetzner server.

Stack

Next.js, TypeScript, Prisma, Postgres/Supabase, OpenAI, OpenStates, Docker, Caddy.
