In junior high school, I became obsessed with the stock market and dedicated the remainder of my childhood to learning the industry. After a few years of experience with paper accounts and working with a few investment communities, I knew that this industry was harder to master than internet gurus let on…

So, to combat my inexperience and coupled with my desire to learn, I started a company with the idea that I could not only help myself learn how to invest, but also help others.

I hired investing experts with decades of experience to build and run the services and products.

Because of the bluechip talent I recruited, we were able to scale quickly and into various markets. At its peak, we had two dozen people building and scaling our equity, crypto, and forex services and products.

After those two years, a series of unforeseen events left me no choice but to sell, at which point I divested my responsibilities and began my work with Nytch.

As an ode to our former Director of Education, William Cheung, he wrote one of the best investing books available. All proceeds go to his family and children, which he published shortly before passing. Rest in peace, William.
